I just wanted to say a HUGE thanks for all that you have done for us! The picture was the topper!

I was also very impressed with the wood floor guy and I think that he is going to do a GREAT job for us! You have us totally spoiled and have set the bar very high for other realtors! Once I get settled in I'll have you over to see the place with the floors finished, etc.
